Internet TV and video are restricted by download speeds and throttling. Cloud storage has the opposite problem. Upload speed! My upload speed is .65 Mbps. It’s taking forever to upload 3 GB.

At the centre of problem are ISP’s. Google should become an ISP. Google, it’s a win win!
